I would give Steve 10 stars if I could! I needed an inspection completed on short notice during the holidays and he did not disappoint! I called him on Monday and he made time out of his busy schedule to complete the inspection by Wednesday (a day before Thanksgiving!). He was very thorough with his inspection, and included detailed comments, recommendations, and photos in his report. He called me immediately after the inspection was complete to address any questions I might have and to share his concerns. I would definitely recommend Steve to family and friends. Great price, great service, professional and customer-friendly at all times!

Definitely will not use again he missed stuff in the house I was looking to purchase that was in plain sight didn't see any holes in the walls didn't check the attic fan to see if it worked worst 400 Dollars spent there was add ons to the house that was not level or properly supported there was chewed wires from squirrels in the attic that he never seen and not to mention the water damage that was in plain sight
I’m very impressed with the thoroughness of my inspector Steve in completing my home inspection. I have had several over the years and his was by far the most comprehensive. He provided personal phone consultation to go over everything he discovered and an extensive online report detailing the findings with pictures included of the issues discovered. As a home buyer you always have that worry of a “drive by” inspection, but that definitely was not the case here. I am very glad that I trusted him with my inspection and can highly recommend him to be trusted with yours. The included 5 year roof leak warranty and the 90 day home warranty alone are worth the price of admission, but add to that the professional extremely thorough inspection, and this was absolutely money well spent! He was also flexible in scheduling and helpful in recommending and actually booking a termite inspector on my behalf. Couldn’t be more pleased with the value provided for the price paid.

Steve did a very thorough home inspection. He fit us into his schedule before we had to go out of town, and took the time to answer all of our questions about the home. His inspection report came back quickly (inspection was Friday morning, he sent it to me Friday late afternoon!) and was detailed and included pictures (he even uses a drone to take photos of the roof). I felt like Steve was looking out for our interests and giving us good information about our home purchase. It was also a huge plus that the inspection comes with a home inspection warranty and a recall check for the appliances in your future home. Thank you Steve!
Once we found the home of our family's future and our offer was accepted, we needed to have it inspected. A home inspection can be a bit nerve racking if one isn't well versed in ALL aspects of home building and maintenance. Steve is a true professional. He is very objective and works for the buyer, not the real estate agent trying to make the sale. He does what many of the Tulsa area inspectors don't seem to have time to do - perform a THOROUGH inspection, including climbing on the roof (it's Oklahoma...need the roof inspected). It's not his job as an inspector to push the sale one way or the other, and he completely understands this. His job is to inspect the condition of all aspects of the house, on that day, at that time, and follow the established state and national guidelines while performing that inspection.Steve is a true professional and I recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a house, or even listing their own house. You might not want to hear about all of the issues he finds, but as a purchaser or seller, you need to know.

Steve did a thorough inspection of a home we are purchasing. He spent the time with me to go over his findings so I could make educated decisions based on the information he provided. He was very professional. Obviously he knew what he was doing! He noticed tons of things that we didn’t know but we would love to know before buying the old house. Steve was one of the ONLY top rated home inspectors who would answer their phone or return messages. Upon setting our date and time Steve arrived early to begin the inspection. He was very thorough in his inspection and took as much time as needed. When he entered the home he would place coverings over his shoes in order to ensure cleanliness. After the inspection was completed he went over everything with us thoroughly and made certain we understood what he was saying. The report we received was extremely detailed which included color pictures of any repairs that needed to be addressed. The report came back to us in less than 24 hours of the time of inspection.
